New Year, New Genetic Counselor Administrator Introduction

By UCSFGeneticCounselor

Hello Kintalk,

I hope you are all having a good new year so far. I wanted to take this time to introduce myself as I have now taken over KinTalk and am looking forward to some great changes expected this year.

My name is Dena Goldberg, and I am a Genetic Counselor at UCSF in the Cancer Genetics and Prevention Program. I work primarily in GI, but have worked in the other areas as well. I have a passion for educating everyone about genetics and empowering patients to use this information to their advantage.

My goals this year are to clean up the KinTalk website to make it easier to navigate as well as adding more content on a regular basis. We have a lot of potential and I look forward to interacting with all of you.

Thank you and Happy New Year,

Dena Goldberg, MS, LCGC
Licensed and Certified Genetic Counselor
Gordon and Betty Moore Endowed Counselor of Hereditary GI Cancer Prevention
UCSF Cancer Risk Program
